Merchandise Terms & Conditions
Your order with Being Mentors signifies your agreement to be bound by the Merchandise Terms & Conditions as set out below.
Being Mentors merchandise may have limited availability and are eligible for return only in accordance with our Returns Policy. Being Mentors have strived to represent the colors and images of our products on the website as accurately as possible. All descriptions of products or pricing are subject to modification at any time, at Being Mentors sole discretion. Nothing in these terms will affect consumers statutory rights awarded under Australian consumer law which cannot be limited nor excluded.
Orders are only available within Australia. Upon placing an order of Being Mentors merchandise, an acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to your nominated email address. Consumers must ensure that complete and accurate details are provided at the time of making a purchase of merchandise, including your delivery address. Being Mentors is under no obligation to re-send an order to the correct delivery address at our own expense.
Before finalising your order, you will be given options to select for the shipping of your purchased goods. This will include standard delivery or express shipping delivery at different costs and depending on your delivery address. General shipping details with Australia Post and methods are as follows:
- Express shipping $14.00 – 1-2 business days for metro areas
- Orders over $50.00 free express shipping – 1-2 business days for metro areas
- Standard post $10 – 2-15 days range depending on delivery location
The shipping process will occur as soon as possible on business days and will exclude weekends and public holidays.
Being Mentors strive to meet all delivery times however delays may occur in unforeseen circumstances such as postal delays, logistics errors, bad weather or where delivery is made for rural/remote locations. Being Mentors merchandise may come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law, and you may be entitled to a refund or a replacement under law. If you believe there is a fault with the goods you have receive from Being Mentors, please reach out to our customer care team at email@example.com
Being Mentors strive to resolve any issues that may occur with incorrect items being shipped to you. Should this occur, please send the item back to us and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can refund you, and/or organise for the correct item to be sent.
Where returns will not be accepted
In line with Australian consumer law, consumers are not entitled to a replacement, or refund under the consumer guarantees if:
· consumers got what they asked for but simply changed their mind or decided they no longer liked the purchase or had no use for it; or
· the problem with the product was caused by the consumer misusing it.
